These SMS Terms of Service apply to the text messaging program operated by Chris Kim ("Chris Kim," "we," "us," or "our") for client login verification on status.buysellnjhouse.com.
When you enter your email address and mobile phone number on the sign-in page of status.buysellnjhouse.com and request a sign-in code, we send a one-time verification code by text message to that mobile number — but only when the email address and mobile number you enter match the information registered for your transaction. This program is used only for login verification and account security.
By requesting a login code, you consent to receive one-time verification code text messages from Chris Kim. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or real estate service.
Message frequency varies — one message per login code request. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from this program. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 201-466-2738 or ckimnjrealtor@gmail.com.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy at https://status.buysellnjhouse.com/privacy for details.
